杠杆和反向 ETF:TQQQ 和 SQQQ 的损耗机制
杠杆 ETF(TQQQ 是纳斯达克 100 的 3 倍做多,SQQQ 是 3 倍反向)每天重置一次。它们给的是指数当日回报的 3 倍,不是多日回报的 3 倍。持仓超过一天之后,波动率损耗和路径依赖会让 ETF 的回报偏离指数 3 倍——通常是往坏的方向偏。
损耗的数学
杠杆回报会复利,而复利是路径依赖的。设想指数先跌 10% 再涨 11.1%(回到原位):
- 指数:100 → 90 → 100(净 0%)
- TQQQ(每日 3 倍):100 → 70 → 93.1(净 -6.9%)
指数平了,TQQQ 亏了 6.9%。涨回来需要 11.1% 才能补上 10% 的下跌,但 TQQQ 只在 70 的基数上拿到 3 × 11.1% = 33.3%,到 93.1。这个差距就是波动率损耗(也叫 beta 滑移)。波动越大、持仓越久,损耗越凶。
损耗什么时候反而帮倒忙(罕见)
在低波动趋势里,每日复利对杠杆 ETF 反而是好事。如果指数每天涨 1%,连涨 10 天(没有阴线):
- 指数:100 → 110.5(+10.5%)
- TQQQ:100 → 134.4(+34.4%,超过 3 倍)
平滑趋势会被放大。震荡或均值回归的路径会被损耗。损耗在精神上是对称的——反向 ETF 在震荡路径上一样会被损耗。
SQQQ 单说
SQQQ 是 3 倍反向。在持续的纳斯达克牛市里,SQQQ 会不可逆地损耗到归零。哪怕市场平盘,SQQQ 也会因为日损耗每天缩水。它是短期对冲或战术做空工具,不是用来 buy-and-hold 的。
实操规则
- 杠杆/反向 ETF 持仓控制在日内或最多 1-3 天,除非你明确赌的是低波动趋势延续。
- 永远别当长期持仓。 一个 3 倍 ETF 在震荡市里每月损耗 1-2%,一年下来哪怕指数平盘也亏 25-40%。
- 要持方向敞口超过一天的,用期权或保证金。 通过保证金在 QQQ 上做 3 倍名义仓位不会损耗——它精确跟踪指数。杠杆 ETF 的损耗就是它每日重置结构的代价。
- 多日持仓就再平衡。 如果你必须用 TQQQ 做波段,每 2-3 天再平衡回目标名义仓位,限制路径扭曲。
诚实地说一句
TQQQ 和 SQQQ 是短窗口、高把握、方向性下注的精密工具。当 buy-and-hold 的杠杆敞口来用,它们在真实市场里会系统性地跑输指数的 3 倍——因为真实市场是震荡的。读读招募说明书自己的警告:这些基金是为日内使用设计的。损耗不是 bug,是写明的机制。
